Building a Better Tomorrow

Why Choose Us?
We partner with various trusted parties at lower cost centres and ensure that we deliver quality for your needs.

Thus we are able to provide a unique solution to serve our clients, overcoming those issues that can be hard to manage: human resources and the ever increasing cost of staff.
Quality
We deliver international-quality designs which can be done according to specific codes for the UK or other appropriate country.

At the time of writing, we have yet to receive ISO 9001 (quality) nor ISO 14001 (environmental quality) certification, nonetheless we are aware of these principles, and seek to deliver quality in all we do. Further, some of our partner firms do have this certification.

We use appropriate software for each discipline to ensure we undertake sufficient analysis and interaction between systems.

We add another layer of overview to works done by our reliable pool of partners to ensure that deliverables are of a high quality including that:
-
Designs are code-compliant
-
Deliverables are adequately checked / reviewed
-
Designs can be constructed safely
-
Designs have been appropriately adjusted for the project destination country (whether the UK or otherwise)
-
Our services meet or exceed client expectations
Cost
Our prices are competitive.

Procuring through us should be cheaper than the alternative options to staff an upcoming medium-term project of:
-
Hiring additional staff who may expect a significant increase in salary for moving jobs, especially if they are on a short term basis.
-
Sub-consulting to another UK firm.
Managing the Peaks and Troughs of Construction Consultancy
Managing the inconsistency of the civil engineering consultancy market can be difficult; there can be busy seasons with numerous large projects, potentially followed by quieter periods.

This is where we believe we can assist by enabling projects to be delivered efficiently: satisfying your clients without the pressure of taking on additional staff and then having to provide work for them on a consistent basis.
Sustainability
We provide thought leadership on how projects can be more sustainable. We aim for our projects to make limited or even positive impacts on the environment and local communities.

We aim towards our projects having net zero carbon emissions where possible. This is in line with the UK PAS 2080 requirements, which we are striving towards, as well as the global trend to reduce carbon emissions.

Where possible, we can work towards LEED (US) or BREEAM (UK) certification for buildings.
BIM
Building Information Modelling (informally known as Better Information Management) is a way of managing data on buildings and infrastructure. It helps to reduce clashes early on in a project process which can save overall project construction cost and time. Further, the data is stored in a way which is easily accessible for the facility’s management throughout the asset’s life.

We can deliver projects up to LOD [Level of Detail] 500 (Detailed models and up to as-built) and up to 5D (which can include 3-D dimension, cost data, and program (time) data). Some input may be required from the client on costings, depending on the country in which the works are being undertaken.

We seek to apply the principals from the leading BIM code, BS EN ISO 19650, on our BIM projects.
